Can Ministers legally announce the decision at AMEBC or not?

I'm wondering if they can announce the decision at the conference today or if they have to officially let the company know first?

It's very frustrating that John decided not to answer the phone today.

I'm guessing that a trading halt on the stock will take place tomorrow regardless if it's good news or bad.

IMO we would never have been awarded the lease by the Gold Commissioner, if we had not satisfied all the conditions/requirements needed for the permit.

1) I never phoned 'the office' today as I thought John would be out or busy 2) Of course they would have to advise BKM first (not like those yahoo's from the Liberal party that advised the press first) - that's a big no-no 3) I might expect a government official to advise they are preparing to grant permits but only in a general reference.  4) The fact that no-one is
