Share worth nothing

Just been thinking, could the board filing bankruptcy make the existing shares outstanding have a value of zero ? Letting principles pick what's left on the carcass? Or could the board sell what's left to a larger more well healed super miner and thus give us long term and short term investors at least some value of what they hold? No way around this this is at nowheresville.

IMHO - what you say is definitely one scenario that is true and was talked about when the first refusal occurred - a big fish may offer based on cents for dollars - I would think in the form of a JV would be a best possible future. On a different note however very relevant; look for yourself - it seems that the green push is running dry as many potential projects to feed the green transformation ...more
