Good advice
Exactly. Do the work required. There are no shortcuts here

Start with issuing a press release with a plan in it. Don't tell us how you called the government and LBN and are negotiating some special deal and how they can't say no. They've said no 3x now. They'll say no again if you don't do the work.

BKMforthewin your 100% right, Government and FNs keep moving the goal posts, Government and FNs are the same, AKA. But lets get whatever they need done and then see how the posts move next time

And this is why this company never moves ahead. Everything is always someone else's fault. John does this. It is always us against them. Always the victim. The worst leadership I've ever seen in a public company.

"and now there is no clear defined means of going forward, as the government has not given the direction." Absolute bull shite. Lemme guess, John told you that, right ? You guys must love losing money, year after year.

Did shareholders and management honestly believe that the ministers were going to grant PBM a certificate after they were turned down twice already and refused to do any of the work that the court ordered them to do ? Shake my head. There was absolutely zero chance of it happening.

No, John did not say this, just read every article published in the last few years, they all are saying this. Even the ministers are stating what happened was not right, but have yet to define clear guideance for moving forward. Truly the company should be sueing the government, as the courts show clearly they were dealt with wrongly
