Good advice

Exactly. Do the work required. There are no shortcuts here

Start with issuing a press release with a plan in it.   Don't tell us how you called the government and LBN and are negotiating some special deal and how they can't say no.   They've said no 3x now.  They'll say no again if you don't do the work.

After our Federal government has given the FNs over 4 TRILLION dollars in the last 80 years or so, TELL me whos the boss, proven fact

So what if the the FN got $400 trillion from the government ?  That has nothing to do with Morrison.  Have you forgotten how to think for yourself ?  PBM isn't getting a certificate without doing a full EA, no way, no how.  I don't care how many connections you have and how much whomever wants it, it ain't happening.   The only way to get a certificate is ...more

What work is it they have to do? The mine was practically approved, and was already set for EA certification, but the gov decided that they needed to stop it for ulterior purpose in order to assure Pacific NWST LNG pipeline was allowed to go through FN land, by having to ',move the goal posts' So who is to say that they do the work you suggest, would the gov move the goal posts again ...more

PBM has to do a completely new EA, with an alternative mine plan. Believe whatever you want but 3 different sets of ministers from 2 different political parties looked at PBM's appliation and denied it.   They are the gate keepers.  PBM has to do whatever they want.   Whatever happened back in the day is now totally irrelevant.  PBM is starting completely over.  ...more

And if they submit the "new appilication" only to be approved, with a last minute denial because a 'tiny mining' company doesn't have any clout to change the political will of the mining industry?  This has happened and can happen again. This isn't a simple case of submitting a new application and hoping they will approve it, as there are forces at play who are ...more

BKMforthewin your 100% right, Government and FNs keep moving the goal posts, Government and FNs are the same, AKA. But lets get whatever they need done and then see how the posts move next time

And this is why this company never moves ahead.  Everything is always someone else's fault. John does this.  It is always us against them.  Always the victim.  The worst leadership I've ever seen in a public company.
Comment by CopperBull2021 on Oct 23, 2022 4:10pm
"and now there is no clear defined means of going forward, as the government has not given the direction." Absolute bull shite.   Lemme guess, John told you that, right ? You guys must love losing money, year after year.
Comment by CopperBull2021 on Oct 23, 2022 4:12pm
Did shareholders and management honestly believe that the ministers were going to grant PBM a certificate after they were turned down twice already and refused to do any of the work that the court ordered them to do ? Shake my head.   There was absolutely zero chance of it happening.

Question CopperBull, are you an Elder or what place or title do you hold in this fairy tale Government, you seem to be highly in there Esteem and they can never do no wrong. more and more i seem to thing what title you own, FNs or Government. Thanks BKM for reminding me about goal post. There all maybe at fault, BUT lets get our sh!t together and figure this out and make a mine out of this BS ...more

"Corrupt NDP".   Not sure how long you've been around but 8 years ago everyone was complaining about the Liberals and how they had stolen the certificate from PBM.   Remember that ?   So are both the Liberals and the NDPs the bad guys ? Something nobody talks about is that PBM now has to get federal approval in addition to provincial approval.  ...more

No, John did not say this, just read every article published in the last few years, they all are saying this. Even the ministers are stating what happened was not right, but have yet to define clear guideance for moving forward. Truly the company should be sueing the government, as the courts show clearly they were dealt with wrongly
Comment by zerubbabel on Oct 24, 2022 12:02am
Yes Sir, let's sue the government. That will accomplish absolutely ... nothing! Except waste precious time, money and poison the well even further. Eight months after February decision and still no game plan from JP or BoD. Completely inept. It's inexplicable.  If there are any Booker Directors who read this commentary, I would plead with you to do your job and find some competent ...more
