if you have no confidence for the management team why don't you just sell the shares and move on? look at the market! the venture index down to 580 points from 2400 in 2011. the best thing the management has ever done is reserve the cash and not taking any rush decisions. the current market is the buyers market. they will get some deals sooner than later. yes, they did pay themselves big bucks ...more

who would not ??? anyone with shareholder interest in mind.....why pay these high wages and then millions on 'specialists' to review any alternatives !!!

we should get more than 35 cents considering the phosphate project itself and the tax credits. but I agree, it's better to get the cash back instead of jumping on to some so called deals.

FOS seems safe to park cashinto right now.Market turbulence and trading at 70 cents on the dollar cash.Only liability appears to be salaries of the mgt.Heres hoping to a end of looking for a deal and actually finding one.
