It would appear to me that if Curis knew what they were doing they would not have had 88 deficiencies on their first application.  To top it off they had 69 on their PTF application.  I guess they didn't learn much the first time.  Curis is a small speculative foreign company that has no mining experience in-situ or otherwise.  The Curis operation is an environmental disaster waiting to happen.
