Re Y2arm

Y2arm new poster that just signed up with stockhouse this week ..... only post on Curis ...coincidence probably not.....  Have you looked at the request for more information on the 88 questions from the Adeq?  The Adeq is being thorough in their evaluatiion.. POWOF and naysyers like you are calling them deficiencies. Not deficiencies but part of the process.  Adeq wants info like rainstorm precipitation and water patterns for the past 20 years and projected weather rainstorm runoff predictions for the next 20 years. Lots of technical questions of how engineering responds to differing injection rates, ground sampling,  etc. Very complex questions in order to ensure the environment is protected. And by the way, the foreign company as you call it is Canadian, and Canadians are whats keeping the housing afloat in Arizona.  The company has extensive experience in mining via HDI.

Why dont you ask your source at the ADEQ? Better yet when the public hearings occur by the ADEQ - you can ask them directly.  Application is not just filling a form - you submit your application and there are questions or concerns that arise - it goes back and forth.  Environmental assessments are complex and not like applying for a job at Walmart.lol

I was hoping to start a dialog regarding whats currently going on with the project.  Afterall, this BB was created for the purpose of investors and others to discuss ideas and share information regarding a particualr stock.  Considering our past disagreements I'm not sure why I was expecting anything more.  I will say again as I have said many times before that it is ...more

What do you mean when you say discuss the difficult aspects faced by the company? We know what they are :oppostion to development on town land,  no approval from ADEQ on state land.    You keep on bringing up Mismangement by company officials, grassroot opposition etc etc.  There is no question the project has some huge obstacles - I am an ...more

Re: "Whats up with Curis suing town of Florence?"    First of all Florence condemned the building that is owned by Curis (bylaw infraction) by saying that the water was not siutable (not sure exactly what language the city used and did not meet test results or something to that effect) secondly they publically defamed and focussed on Curis on a neagative ...more
