Actually 1 more permit tp produce
There is actually one more permit needed before actually extracting the copper; construction can begin but the following is from Mackie--
Phase 1 Permitting Nearly Complete: The last remaining piece of the permitting
puzzle is the Underground Injection Control Permit (UICP) from the Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA). Upon receipt of the UICP, Curis will have the necessary
major permits to start extracting copper from the ground for its Phase 1 test facility.
Management indicated discussions are well advance, and that there are no
outstanding technical issues. We anticipate a draft UICP shortly, with a final UICP
by year-end.
Apparently this is a minor issue.
