PFS is simply staggering. Just a matter of time until we blast past $1.20 and reach new highs. At this point some of the majors must be looking at the numbers and drooling.Takeout is imminent. Congrats to all longs.Cheers.

Yes, the PFS, and the press release state that Curis will do the state land for 8 or 9 years. Curis acts and speaks very conservatively in my opinion, which I think is a good thing, but the fact is that if they get the zoning issue resolved, they will not wait until year 8 or 9 to put it into production.

Yes, we will just have to wait. The stakes they hold are fairly appealing. I think buy in could defintely fall to under $0.20 again depending on press releases and impatient share holders. Production takes time and effort, I think management could be a bit less conservative and more outgoing here but I'm sure they all have other ventures and things going on.

agree if i had any money left i would buy right now. i think the chances are pretty high that they get the outstanding permits. concerning the lawsuit: i honestly cannot imagine that these "kids" win the court case...

Not likely the City can win the case because that means a city can control activities on state lands--not what the state wants to see!
