We'll 1.05 for shareholders who bought at the ipo at $2 this is not favorable. Also timing seems suspicious with eminent approval of EPA and Adeq appeal decision less than 30 days.  With EPA permit would be considerably derisked that's why Taesko is stealing it for 1.05.  Should be at least 1.50 to1.60 for buyout. Taesko is never going to get approval for New Prosperity mine
