Water Quality Appeals Board Agenda
The WQAB meets on November 10th. At the top of the agenda is consideration of the judge's decision on the permit appeal. I think it is anybody's guess what they do. I am not certain if they have the ability to do it, but I would not be surprised if they asked ADEQ to just make a couple of additional amendments and re-issue the final permit.

Does not matter Tko is going to own Curis now and is a staggering 40 % loss to the agreed purchase price of 2.32 . Owning Tko is not a great return on investment especially when Gilbralter mine is set back with issues now. They had only one guy on the cc!
