There are precious few exploration companies that are doing well at the moment, financing is scarce and for companies like PKL who are at the fulcrum of development finances are even tougher. With the famine of financing the best most companies can do is slow down and advance slowly until(we hope) better time come along, it will probably get worse before it gets better...finance and good management are the key.
