Large Shareholder's Interest

If I was a large shareholder and I wanted to take this one private, I'd continually sell just enough shares to make sure the SP continually goes down. Shake out the weak hands - and then offer a buy-out. May cost a few dollars, but the end result is control of the company you can flip to a major at a nice profit ??

Not saying this is happenning,- but given the way the SP has acted for the last yr - it would not astound me.

Sounds like exactly what has been happening at alot of junior explorecos ....I' m particularly scared of both Zincore and Heatherdale .. both promising plays at dirt cheap prices and you know that there is interest fromsome deep pockets Whats a shareholder to do ..average down and keep your fingers crossed?

That would be a very good strategy Jack. That would make this so called management group geniuses. I'm afraid I would have a hard time describing their IQs being larger than their hat sizes though.  Navel gazing and applying to 6 - 49 for operating capital are not sophisticated mining methods.   You can't fix stupid.
