(“ISS”), a leading independent proxy advisory firm that provides voting recommendations to shareholders and whose analyses and recommendations are relied upon by many major institutional investors, has recommended that Painted Pony shareholders vote in favour of the proposed plan of arrangement with Canadian Natural Resources Limited (“CNRL”) whereby CNRL will acquire all of the issued and outstanding Painted Pony shares at a price of $0.69, in cash, per share (the “Arrangement”), as announced on August 10, 2020."

This is Criminal, The stock market is rigged to the detriment of the small investor. Bay street pigs are lining their pockets. They make billions shorting the stocks to oblivion and then they recommend us to sell at firesale price. Where is the protection for the small investor.

There is no protection for the small investor. All we can do is our DD and hope for the best. Leagalized gambling!

Yes, the average retail investor doesn't have much of a chance these days. Security laws are weak, especially in Canada.
