Couple hopeful thoughts
being through RS before, I have often been on the bad end of it. However, I have not ever seen it with coupled with an accusition. The big problem with having a stock in the low pennies is the volatility. big banks wont touch it and a lot legaly cannot with "borrowed" money. that gets you into the relm of day traders, pump and dumps ect. By doing this split to around $2.50 this puts us in the relm of "reasonable" for institutional investors. regardless of market cap the lower share count does reduce the volatility, generaly, and may become more atrractive to the people who want to invest in a company, and not flip 4 cents to 5 cents for a 25% day trade, or have the little guy see it drop a cent, get scared and dump a million shares at market. this is all just from my experience, would respect some input from you guys. been here for about a month. hoping for the best.
