Can you please share some of your thinking / valuation metric behind the range $2 - $10? I know it once traded for $5 but that was a long time back. I too think this is a great spec play, and have started with a small position which I might grow over time.

I've posted many times my VERY simpleton way of thinking...$2-$10!Yes it was a long time ago, but lots of positive things have happenned since that, in a sense, is nice to see things have been stalled till now.  PMU has become the perfect storm!- Back then, there were 10 times more shares out.- Back then the price per once of gold was half of what it is today.- Back then the price was ...more

GG - thanks for the insight. I can see their sp was around $5 in 2000 - 2001. Did they have 750M shares back then? That would put their mc to more than $3B. I dont think they had delineated their resources by then. When did the roll back happen? Thanks!

Sorry - 10x share would make it 1.5B shares and a $5 sp would imply an mc of $7.5B. That does not sound right. I am sure I have the numbers wrong. Somebody?

I'll have to find it in my papers but there was a reverse 10 to 1 split about a year after it went down from it's high.I'll never forget how pissed I was! Then it lingered at $2 for a while until it ran way down.

Oh and I almost forgot...they also trading under a different ticker.  Like I said I have to go back in my papers wherever they are but I know I have them because I rarely throw those things out.  (but I'm not a hoarder! LOL)
