Pacific-Rim is not Commerce.  Whole different animal.PMU's claim are different.GOES might get over confident by those precedings and think they have this one in the bag.  Don't forget the courts have already threw out GOES' s preliminary objections.

It sounds like the Commerce case was ruled non-jurisdiction based on a CAFA technicality.  What a shame.  I doubt this will be the case with PMU.  The GOES can stall and drag thing out all they want but the higher the price of gold goes and the higher the valuations for juniors become, the more they stand to loose.  I only hope that PMU takes the money
