Interesting to see Robert Freidland's Ivanhoe on a big move this morning. Didn't see any news. Shows you a stock can move up quite a bit even with 500m+  shares out in the market

I am quite pleased with that move in IVN as I am long 1.47 ish. I have a few friends in the investment banking and they are all travelling like crazy right now to the far reaches of Canada and other resource driven countries hunting down the mining sector. Obviously I cannot know which companies but, we all know the Sh*t is cheap all over. PGD will have it's day and I can't wait to see

Agree on PGE. Excited to see what they do. Wonder how many shares in KDI did MPV shareholders get when they spun out KDI? Anyone know??

Might be interesting poll the board: Do you think current PGD SH will receive shares in the unofficially named PGE?   I'm guessing no as situation not the same as the MPV/KDI one. Thx in advance

I don't really think PGE can just be spun out without something else happening like a partner in Chidliak. PGD can't just spinout PGE and give them some $$'s. We could also see a partnership with PGE and another company. PGE would have access to the BHP Sample database. Example could be: PGD spins out PGE to existing shareholders with no cash in hand and shared expenses/employees..

I know you're reaching but I agree in general with the notion there will be no new money at the startup to offer shares, if ever.  Maybe is always an option though depending on how this all plays out and why.
