Timing of bulk sample processing
Last time, they had 500 x 1 tonne bags of material.
They shipped it in 2 shipments - 250 bags each.
They processed the diamonds in sequential order and then when they got both sets of diamonds, they proceeded with the valuation...because they came from the same kimberlite.
This year, they have 3 kimberlites with at least 250 bags for each kimberlite.
Is there a reason why they wouldn't ship out and start the process/valuation for one of the kimberlites once the LDD drilling is done and so on.
that way we get 3 distinct tasks spread out over a few months of work.
This would mean that come October we can start anticipating a steady flow from photos of diamonds to valuation diamond modelling and no need to wait until the end for it all.
I can think they will send shipments via trail as soon as possible to Iqaluit.
From there, maybe there is a cost savings to load all 750+ bags on a boat to head to Montreal or maybe there is no cost savings and then they can send 250+ bags per shipment on its way as it arrives in Iqaluit.
Then montreal to Saskatchewan I guess for processing...with no at cost processing at De Beers like last time.
That being said...ch-44 and ch-7 will probably focused on the 0.85 mm seive and CH-6 will need to stay focused on the 1.18 mm seive.
LONG...PGD

Mike, you have a longer history with Pgd than I and most here, so I'm gonna ask you for your opinion: Do you think they will inform the market the intimate timetable for the processing at some time, or keep us guessing? Ta

One would hope they would offer up that info without someone having to ask, and maybe, hopefully they will in time.
