A couple of points

First of all, Gauwd alluded to the fact that this is probably the 'overseas' event mentioned.

That is overseas...but I have on record that the Eric and Tom are 'overseas' on a funding initiative. I would not call this acquisition a funding initiative by any nature. So I would say the 'overseas' event is still in the fire.

If one were to think a funding event would take care of $$'s into Chidliak for the next 2 or 3 years...then the extra cash they have available from the warrants offering that has been freed up can go to places like Botswana, NWT, other Nunavut, etc. That could make the Botswana acquisition a bit more appetizing.

Synergies? Peregrine Exploration has basically been in a data mine phase. Mining through data (gobs of information). This Botswana acquisition just adds to that data. PGD has very experienced technical expert that can look over the Botswana data. the Botswana team has a couple of very experience geologists, etc. that may also have some advice, input into Chidliak and the other Canadian properties. It makes sense by Mr. Grutter is now a VP as he is overseeing the Botswana operations team as well as Canadiana.

Keep your ears glued to the news channel and wait for an update on any new funding initiatives. Got to think something is close if they intend to stretch the finances even more with the Botswana acquisition.

Back to the overseas thing.
The botswana parent company is in the UK.  Eric and Tom could be in the UK in conjunction with this and funding initiatives.

This being the case, I'm now putting Hong Kong and London as both reasonable destinations for Eric/Tom to negotiate funding of some sort.

LONG...PGD

If it was HK, the miens and money show officially ended end of last week. If that was the case, then they probably have come back. With a deal or no deal TBD...if they were ever there. LONG...PGD EKIM
