Funded to PEA 2016

With Eric fully exercising I believe it is given that Robert will fully exercise. I also believe Ned will exercise but even without Ned I believe we are in good financial shape to deliver this seasons bulk sample and produce a PEA in early 2016.

PGD will produce a bulk sample on three kimberlites that are already highly developed will deliver valuations on both CH-7 and CH-44. PGD will produce a PEA showing CH-6 as a monstrously economic kimberlite pipe with a ridiculess IRR and potentially show extended mine life through CH-7 and CH-44 is more economic than the original 1.04cpt results showed, with valuations being the big X factor.

With PGE and now Botswana potential out there this is a ridiculessly good diamond mining junior at a present market value of $48.6-Million and at what I suspect will be a market value of
$60-million with warrant exercises being considered into current pricing (estimating 280-million shares outstanding after warrants expire).

Companies to compare to:

NAR - North Arrow - Interesting project in Sasketchewan as well as potential outside Repulse Bay, Nunavut. Market value $40-million. WAY behind PGD in permitting, community involvement, deliniation of kimberlite, everything.

KDI - Kennedy Diamond - Interesting project in NWT, close to a diamond mine being constructed Gacho Kue project (joint venture MPV & De Beers). Behind PGD in deliniation and development. In a great location with proven diamond mines in the area. Was at a high of over $200-market value currently sits at $105-Million market value

SGF - Shore Gold - Star-Orion South diamond project. Drill program underway. Market Value $53-Million.

SWY - Stornoway Diamond - Renard project in Quebec. Northern miner, comparable costs of development except it will be an underground mine while PGD is focusing on deliniation on near-surface resources only. SWY is in the construction phase and is near production. Market Value $460-Million

MPV - Mountain Province - Gacho Kue project. Joint venture (51% De beers 49% MPV) with De Beers. Located in NWT and near production. Market value $758-Million.

For anyone investing in this company I would suggest being familiar with all of the above companies in order to set expectations on what Market value represents "fair" market value.

Great post Kid.  Would be nice to hear more from you considering your proximity to the area on how local populations feel about the developement.  One would think they would be mostly positive with some of the usual concerns.

I have posted in the past about it but will gladly repost. If you look at Iqaluit on a map you think Wow it is so far North but Iqaluit is by far the largest and most development community in all of Nunavut. It is the Yellowknife of Nunavut, though by no means is Iqaluit as developed as Yellowknife. The communities that will be consulted for any mine development at Chidliak will be Iqaluit and ...more

Hey Kidlapik, Are you going to make it to the Nunavut Symposium in a couple of weeks in Iqaluit? I believe at least Tom will be onsite. TIA, EKIM
Comment by Kidlapik on Apr 02, 2015 2:47pm
Yeah Tom will be but no most likely not. I may be passing through on one of the dates and will try to attend if not I will ask someone in Iqaluit to attend his PGD update for me.
