I don't know. We little people are always the last to find out.

Hey, Alberto, it's cool to see this thing take off right after a few hundred thousand of your warrants expire worthless, no? Or did you manage to exercise all of them?
Comment by alberto782007 on Apr 09, 2015 2:47pm
It is splendid to be screwed. I did not excercise any warrants and was unable to sell them when I tried in the last few days before expiry.  I had only enough cash to excercise about a sixth of the warrants I had, but as the share price was barely above 21 cents I didn't think I wanted to take the risk.  I had no way of knowing what the SP was going to do afterwards and I am tired ...more

It is hard to hear after that how well the management executed the plan or how fair they were. I found that it was pretty nice of them to take the almost 9 million off Goodman's hands but let the little guy sit there hoping that he can get at least half a cent for his efforts.

Everyone made their own choice. If you chose to exercise your rights but had no other plan but to hope the share price rose above your warrant price for exercising then well I guess it did not work out for you this time. Probably would have been better off simply getting out. Management made a choice. Personally I feel it was the right choice and now we have no need to raise additional funds ...more

"If you disagree with the direction of the management of this company maybe I have to ask, why still own shares"? If you disagree with your wife, why not get divorced? If your dog pisses on the rug, why not get rid of it?

Don't you find it just a little bit curious that we have this massive rise in SP starting the day after the warrants expire?
Comment by MrBigger on Apr 09, 2015 3:36pm
Not really, financings have this effect. Look at MPV as an example.

I do not recall a 50% rally the last time we did warrants.  I participated that time.
Comment by mill44 on Apr 09, 2015 3:59pm
The last time they did not push the price down 50%.

Pardon me for being skeptical. I have learned through bitter experience that when there is a big pile of loot to be had, nobody is your friend.

I'm no math expert, but I'm not sure how pricing the warrants higher than the .21 would have helped the person to excercise them when they could not afford to excercise them at that .21?  I know it harmed the SP, but the SP is and will recover, IMO.
Comment by mill44 on Apr 09, 2015 4:48pm
You got in at 20c, and the only reason you could have done that was the pricing. Maybe the price would not have helped in exercising, but math is not everything. I could say that if you are running a 1 mile race, at your top speed, you would finish the race with the same time even with 2/3 of the contestants starting at the half mile mark, so it would not really matter to you. Maybe for your ...more

Not really that curious as I believe what Ekim said eralier, market likes a level of certainty and some of that uncertainty has been relieved so less stress in making a buying decision as a result.
Comment by Fivecarat on Apr 09, 2015 3:59pm
Hey we just got a .32
Comment by mill44 on Apr 09, 2015 3:49pm
Ask Alberto if it was a choice for him to exercise. Like you said, it was a personal thing for everyone and I agree with you about that, but in my dictionary fair is something that most people can live with. This was not neccessarily the case here. I bet that the 21c right, if they price the warrants at 25-30c would have been considered a better option for a lot of people. The thing is, once they ...more
