No Fund Love

Thomas George from TD Asset mgmt has decided there is no more room for Peregrine in his TD Precious metals fund.

Sold over 1 million shares in the 2nd half of 2014.

Peregrine has only AGF left in the public Fund Domain.

2 problems here:

1 - Fund redemption for managed funds must be significant.
2 - A lot of $$'s are going to index funds...of which juniors are blatantly left out. Lots of intermediate companies as well.

Good news is that knife has been across the board regardless of the individual company.

The damage has been done and Peregrine is one of the pieces that is being picked up...because it has a REAL project.

As Pgd prospects advance and the SP grows, the fundco's will return. Then the party really gets going.

It gets back to my theory that when the stock was at 15 cents or thereabouts, there wasn't actually a lot of total # of shareholders. Shareholders were selling and a few stronger shareholders was scooping up the shares. I bet over the last 2 weeks, the total # of shareholders has increased 10%...and that pool is infinite.
