do you think we could get SH to fix their server or network or what ever the problem is? Anyone else having trouble with this website?

Yes....it seems without fail that this site has issues every 6 months or so, not sure why of course, but I think that since its basically a free site, they're probably not to motivated to fix or update their equipment or whatever the tech problem is.  If this was a paid site, I would be asking for a refund of some kind and most definitely not pay for it.  So ya, problems persist.

YESSSS- today is the worst I have seen it- this is the first time today I have been able to access the stocks and bullboards, let alone the site.  Other days the site had a problem downloading- what the heck?  Overload of users??

I sent them an email and they said they are aware and are working on the problem.. These things do happen and hopefully it can be resolved soon..  What can ya do?

Can they also fix my Telus PVR. Acting up again and looks like I will lose 6+ months of recordings yet again. Does anything work well anymore? EKIM

Mike, omg my telus pvr just lost 45% of my recordings on the weekend  I thought it was just a problem with my pvr and now I see it's not, holy cr$p, now I know why they were not to willing to exchange mine for a new one...Does yours keep crashing where u have to reboot it all the time?  Sorry folks for off topic stuff!

Seems to me that if I let my PVR gets close to 80 or 85% full that I run into problems. I suspect my problem has something to do with fragmentation and the device getting bloated before it gives up. I have had telus TV (before it was optik tv) and had several iterations of boxes. Progressively they have gotten better and better. This last iteration, I went with the PVR and dropped the timeshare

It seems that in this day and age it is all right to sell people junk. And to aggravate the situation, most people are all right with that. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is true for sure. I find buying higher quality pays off in the end. jmo
