Kwantes comments on Peregrine Diamonds

2015-04-21 21:36 ET - In the News

James Kwantes, in the April 12, 2015, edition of Resource Opportunities, comments on Peregrine Diamonds Ltd., recently 30 cents. This is the first time the stock has been mentioned in the newsletter. Mr. Kwantes, listing diamond stocks that enjoyed sharp rises in the week ended April 10, notes that shares of the Robert Friedland-backed Peregrine rose to 30 cents on April 10 from 22 cents a week earlier. This boosted its market cap by $19.2-million during a week in which its treasury received about $11.86-million through the exercise of warrants. In late March, Peregrine transferred its exploration assets to a subsidiary (Peregrine Exploration) and announced an agreement to enter Botswana by buying a privately held diamond exploration company. Its flagship project remains the Chidliak diamond property in Nunavut. Mr. Kwantes says this project has "exceptionally high grades," but will be expensive to develop.

I first thought, good, James is out of the ceo.ca and onto another organization.....then I research it and is the same bloody thing with just a different branding on it. No thanks...I will follow ...more
