I hope PGD will not get an Ashton style take under but I would not rule it out.Ashton shareholders got screwed big time.And for the record PGD is not responding to my emails.

Ashton was basically a hostile takeover, the thought process here is that this will go private. All the signals, well let's say some signals are leaning that way. Why on earth would they not take this private and cost a measly 20 million as they own almost half of the outstanding shares already, or close to it. What kind of questions are you guys emailing them?
