PNO is a shell company merging with an actual resource company.

I understand Gordon Keep is involved with this.

Probably taking more of his time and also he probably contributing to part of this financing.
Could very well be the reason he liquidated some or most of his Peregrine shares.

Sounds reasonable no?

He has registered an insider public buy on the stock this past month -- PNO insider trades LONG..PGD EKIM

I first read that and thought you said....mike is that your legal opinion. I'm like...oh oh...what did i say wrong :) All the insiders can sell anytime they want. Probably a good thing he sold while he was still on the Board or else he could have just been removed from the insider list and dumped the shares. Then we would be back in the Dundee still has shares that they are dumping ...more
