Mr. Keep sold via anon and pushed the price down to the teens. We have the 1 million short position cleared out recently. hopefully that is the ugly of the ugly gone and it is up from here. Low volume though. LONG...PGD EKIM

Hey Mike, How do you know Keep sold and why no confirmation yet? 3 days to settle?

The daily reports were coming in. One of my suspicions was a Board of directors was leaving. Gordon Keep was the only non-geo related director. When I saw the news release...I put two and two together. Still need final confirmation. 5 days since last Thursday. We will find out. IMO, this isn't speculation....we just need to see the i's dotted and t's crossed. LONG...PGD EKIM

Tmx reports daily insider sales based on the broker's insider marker. I did not see any corrections to PGD's insider reports from them but there is no official report from the seller available yet so you have to take the broker's report. Keep is gone and he had close to 530.000 shares for 21c. The rest of his shares average over 40c in my estimate, did not calculate how much. Ekim'
