People wondering about
why the market is undervaluing PGD have to look at history, what happened to other explorers turning into miners. Let's say everyone is right and we get exceptional results. Then what? Time for a mine, aka major financing, unless the management pulls a rabbit out of the hat and gets money from somewhere else, like streaming rights (question is if they want that). If not, there is a good chance that PGD can be had for the same price in a year. Without outside money, the real appreciation will happen close to the start of production. Whoever is not ready to hold the stock and participate in a financing is not going to jump in just yet.

Not everyone cares if this becomes a mine, just that they can make some money along the way. For me, it's not about this discovery becoming a mine, that's far off in la la land, so what happens as a result financially for SH is very uncertain.

All the major's are in the toilet. Balance sheets and share prices are a disaster. This is probably our biggest problem. In a normal market, there would be interest but no one is doing take overs in any of the commodity sector. If we had no funds and no way of raising any, someone may try to steal it but we all know, Robert is not giving nuthin away cheap.

I sure hope this time I was not right, but it looks like I might have. The market might be afraid that the management has all the advantage of financing as low as possible and none to get the price higher before finalizing everything.
