Interesting PDF I found on the PGD Rights -- PGD rights - subscription

Looks the US investors do not receive rights..but they do get held oin a subscription account or agent until January 15th and then they will attempt to sell the rights on a best case efforts.

Not really sure who DTC Depository Trust Company is.

DTC is the US equivalent of our Canada Depository for Securities (CDS). Clearing entity for all US listed securities. Still long. Perhaps a bit daft.
