When Clements bail out it was a bad thing I thought.

He did not jump out of a helicopter but decided to exit PGD just before the results.

I suspect he was adding little value and what he did want to do was met with resistance as funds were being focused on Chidliak and not PGX...I'm a glass is half full guy. I'll shift to empty after Q1 if the information warrants a shift.

That's the thing, Oiltar, in their eyes they don't have to give an explanation for anything, no matter how bad it looks. As Ekim put it, have blind faith or they don't need you, walk away.

WOW I smoke weed WTF is your excuse??? was MR CLEMENTS 20 yrs old think this is his first job while he sits as a consultant you say he "ran sort of speak"....DID HE DISCOVER NOTHING OVER HIS TIME??? sounds like you have to much fertilizer going on with a bunch of toxin build up....try the future is different from this point forward!!! hes temporarily not going to be working as hard

In my opinion, they had a falling out over the last financing.  I think Keep did as well, only he resigned after the first one (we don't know why, can only speculate, like here), and this was the straw for Clements.  I think it took management by surprise a bit, that is why they put the spin on the NR.  Optics very poor regardless,  and I think the only advice Clements

I don't think we will ever know the real reason of Clements leaving. He most likely has a confidentiality agreement with the company. One more thing for us to look out for. One person leaving is nothing. Two could be a coincidence. Three is trouble.
