Buying Rights Question

Can anyone tell me how/why my orders for PGD.RT (Rights) can be part filled while the remaining order for rights have not been filled despite other investors orders being filled at the same price afterwards? wouldn't my remaining order be the next in line to be filled? This has now happened on 2 occasions to me while buying rights. If anyone can explain that would be very helpful. TIA

There are a few things that play into your order being filled. Some trades don't even leave the broker's platform, they get filled in-house. Limit orders have no guarantee of being filled.
