Transactions

Key transactions to date.

Cohen only partially exercised
Goldstein over subscribed
Grutter let his rights expire
Meredith fully subscribed

Cohen is more of a financial guy...not a diamond guy. Background historically with Dundee as well.
Goldstein is probably the oldest stakeholder at PGD. I believe he is well beyond retirement years.
Grutter sits on a  million options already...so has some leverage if this thing ever takes off.
Why do I mention Meredith? He is Robert's right hand man and IMO, Robert's indirect board representation.

Still a couple more to come in. Waiting to see what Pell does.

No doubt, this is still Robert and Eric's company. All other insider ownerships are dwarfed by the two biggies.
