To Clarify - oversubscription

I checked my account again and the over subscription shares have yet to arrive..but the cash I set aside has left the left the account  at the same time as the cash for the regular rights.

Just takes time I guess.

Contacted Scotia as to where my shares and oversubscription were. 10 days potentially until they will show up. I thought pens and paper were pretty much the thing of Gauwd's generation. Sorry G'man. Just frustration.

the fact that the cash has left your account does not guarantee you'll get the over-subscribed shares. I was told that the broker would "withdraw" the cash for the over-subscribed portion and then try to aqcuire them. If unsuccessful, they would re-deposit the funds. I would assume anyone who oversubscribed will get some shares, as we know some rights were not actioned (see Gauwd' ...more
