This is another reason the TSX -V is in grave danger

if all said is true, then you have, arguendo, the small retailer investors being played by two brothers, one a multi- millionaire and the other a billionaire, and instead of a windfall for investing in publicly traded venture capital, you come home ten years later with your wallet a lot lighter, and the brothers get richer?

I suggest a lawsuit if this scheme continues to unfold ... A sophisticated scheme to dilute current shareholders, a breach of fiduciary duties to minority shareholders, self-dealing, etc.

I wouldn't necessarily take this as having been a suggestion of intent by anybody straight from the onset. As with everything in exploration, and the Venture, markets change, funding changes, exploration changes and thereby SP changes. All of these factors have come together in this situation to get us where we are today. CH 7 wasn't the big hit we were hoping but hasn't missed either.
