Cash position
Details:
As of March 31st - $5.7 million working capital and $6.3 million cash resources
As of May 11th - $5.3 million working capital and $5.7 million cash resources.
Funny how 99% of the juniors would love to have $5 million in the bank...but when it comes to PGD...it is never enough.
PGD is in a great position. Money in the bank at the same time the PEA results will be released.
No rush, rush to get a deal done...although I would highly recommend to them to still put some rush on it.

The question is, if the PEA with the news we had before won't be enough to materially change the SP, what will PGD do with the 5M that would achieve that? They need a deal to get the threat of an imminent financing out of the way. The funny part is that it could come in a way of another financing, a PP at 30-35c, yet the market would love it.

In the big commodity bull market, companies can raise private placements at higher prices...for a few cycles. Just hasn't been that way for the last 4 to 5 years. LONG...PGD EKIM

If they cannot get the SP to move up and they cannot get financial support from outside, they should not be allowed to go back to the shareholders again. There is no benefit in it to the shareholders. Wait until the conditions improve if they have to. If the project is viable, there will be interest from institutions.

I get what Mill is saying, but I wonder if he feels that way when he sells his 10 cents shares now and in the future from the last financing? Like I said, this process is not new, it's not strange, it's par for the course...
