Cash position

for an acurate cash position, go to sedar.com and look it up.  If they want to do another bulk sample and or deep drilling, they need a saviour or there will have to be another financing.  aka, sub dime.
They also need 20-30 million to take this past a PEA regardless of any late announced plans for groundwork.  Bottomline, a saviour, or shelve it.  That is one of the reasons institutions have bailed and are not coming back.  Any instituiton worth its salt has an idea what this is going to cost to build a mine.

Cudj, Cudj, Cudj, I guess you're so sure that you are ready to make that bet? If they finance under a dime, I will never post here again, if they finance over a dime or do not need to finance, you never post here again...are you ready to take the friendly wager?

Now that gave me a chuckle - through tears unfortunately - if you're a US holder no rights for us. On another, not so funny topic, was there something so seriously wrong with the stockhouse layout that they had to go FIU.   Seriously - I'm sure whomever is working on this is well intentioned, but it's not about the try.

Hmm very goo point maggie, the threat of a rights offering would very much scare off any potential US interest. A JV deal or % sale could re-assure US investors to re-enter the stock. Also I received this statement in regards to my inquiry to PGD about their cash position: As per our latest SEDAR filing, ( www.sedar.com)   At May 11, 2016 the Company had working capital of approximately  ...more

The last 5M came at a cost of 25% dilution and more than 3M came from them. For the next phase they need 30M, impossible to raise at 18-20c through share offering, at least not without asking for 50M. That would hurt a lot of shareholders. Even the ones like Ekim and Kidlapik would probably find it hard to stomach if they had to increase their holding by 100%. Going for less would just erode the ...more

“If they cannot convince the market of the project's value, then they should shelve it until they can raise enough money to build a mine themselves.”  What’s with the constant fear mongering? By the end of June comments like this will most likely look rather silly. Let’s wait for the numbers to come in before passing (hot air) judgement like this. This is how some of us feel about ...more

Mill is a confusing investor/poster a majority of the time who says some weird stuff sometimes and it's good to see that someone else recognizes that fact and calls him on it. I guarantee his response will be something like I calls them like I see them.

Silverwhere, sweetheart, why do pullers never post the same complaint against the constant b$ offered up by the pumpers?  Because your not being realistic.....  How is it the pullers never talk about the 30 million they will need after a PEA?  How is it pullers can see a bright future but institutions and the industry do not?  Please, institutions pay people to evaluate juniors ...more

Cudjo, people see whatever they want in a post. Who cares what it is about really, the important part is who posted it. We talk about how to go ahead after the PEA, options they might have, but clearly, if you consider that the market might react to the PEA in any other way but gobble PGD up with both hands, you have to be a basher and an idiot. They have no opinion about what would a financing at ...more

well put mill, as always, you have an elogance with your wordsmithing. With the exception of a few, IMO, the board has become a love in, sometimes devoid of reason.

People look at fundamentals and see only one option. I agree with that but I look at a few other things when I am considering the future. Let's say everything turns out as well as we think and PGD is on it's way to become a producer. But how? Will peole jump in instantly to finance or will they wait to see what PGD does next? Looking at history and where the interests point, it is probably ...more

Hey crudjoe   How’s life down on skid row? Did you make enough to buy yourself some KFC tonight? You’re lucky, it’s cheap Tuesday!   And me? Look, don’t worry about others so much sweetheart. I’ve got nothing to complain about today dear: a SOLID 5-digit UP day for me crustie.   Own 34 stocks & a few were fairly bright green today. Is a +$16,313.69 day enough to buy me some KFC ...more

Silver, not sure if you were around when Cudj made enough to buy a new truck from his Pgd profits, at least that was his claim, and so many here were pating him on the back with congrats, which frankly made me sick to my stomach....but now, I think most, hopefully most, know Cudj's true colours and intentions are total BS and self serving, like his bud Millski..which actually is ok, as long ...more

Gosh darn it anyway Kodi, I missed cudjo’s big Tonka truck bash.   It’s a real shame I wasn’t around for that PGD sandbox lovefest. Are cudjo & mill roommates and/or co-workers? Wonder who's buying gas this week...
