Even richer than the 20 Mil, as there is another 6 Mil per year after that for I'm not sure how long...nice.

Even though it is not 100% on Inuit owned land and especially CH-6,7 44 etc. are nowhere near Inuit owned land I would not be surprised to see PGD work with the Inuit birthright corporations for some benefits agreement. Perhaps a training fund, community development fund or even selling a stake in the project to them. Community good-will is priceless.

I understand there will be some sort of community benefits agreements. Sure as h4ll won't be a couple of hundred pages long. Iqaluit is going to see huge benefit from chidliak regardless of any agreement.long...pgd....ekim
