The daily chart is not really bullish yet. It is more of a trading range with a slight bullish flavor due to the prior trend and the upcoming news release. The question is if the PEA will be enough to keep a possible anticipation rally going after the release. I think you need news about some cash infusion for the longs to feel a little joy after the PEA.
