SP is being managed by someone who can feed out stock whenever needed. JMHO

Look at this chart, Myview.  https://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=PGD.TO&p=D&yr=3&mn=0&dy=0&id=p43753011313 In the last 3 years most of the action was in the 16-21c range and that does not include the financings. Lots and lots of supply for someone who believes they can buy back cheaper. It does not even have to be a PGD bear.

I'm not sure but you may be right myview, but at the same time, some may say the SP is being manipulated to keep it up in the past while as well?
