The way forward ?

My thougts only.
Fact: Co. needs money fast.
Fact: Doing another rights offering would be financial suicide,
and no possible interested party would go near PGD.
Fact: a possible PP by Eric & Robert with a warrant attached.
Both have the funds to do this.
Fact: A  PP & fully exersised warrants would most likely then
give 51% (or better) to the brothers.
After that, who knows?
We may then be in for another 5 Year waiting period at pennies.
The only factor to way in is Roberts age, he may want to get on with it.

If the brothers remain silent after the pea I would regard that as a red flag. Their silence gives them too many options. No promises made, non broken. I need to see Eric  publicly promote his company.

They only need money if they decide to do further explorations. The PEA might be enough if they decide that they don't want to be miners. Rights offering is more of a murder than suicide. Shareholders are toast after the next one, at least for a good while. PP would be nice and would give a boost to the SP. The question is, and has been since Robert showed up, why pay more for something that ...more

Ok, let's face it, the little guys, most of us I imagine, might be surprised by the content of the PEA. The big guys will not, they already know. Who's driving the bus, and who are the passengers? Time to face the reality of the situation...
