DDC Jay News - THey will not be a Buyer

With DDC's Jay news (proceeding) I think you can count them out of any bid for PGD. Unless Olitar wants to call Dominion diamonds and tell them to look at it again that is. (laugh because it is so stupid).

"The Company is therefore pleased to announce an update on its capital allocation strategy, which includes allocating capital to development projects and returning capital to shareholders through a share buyback program." Doesn't sound like they are on a buying spree. The projects they are spending money are Jay and A21, their own.

I agree. My theory was based on DDC buying PGD if its FS was below the 15% threshold. We could argue its splitting hairs at 15.6% and if diamond prices fall in the next recession it would fall short. But I have to admit DDC is now more or less out of the running for a full take over of PGD.So it leaves PGD two choices JV or self fund.

You see, quite often the problem with your posts is that you talk about due diligence when it's more of a theory and you call people blind if they don't see what you see. We are here to discuss theories and exchange ideas, so it is always welcome, but you have to be open to discussion.

OMG, Mill, look in the mirror...

Can't wait to see how Cudjo responds to James DD turning into "my theory". Another poster shows his true colours and motivation...what a bunch of BS James.  I wouldn't be so vocal, but when someone keeps saying their DD is so much better than anyone else and scoffs at how stupid someone must be to question his DD, is frankly very sad indeed. I know you don't give a ...more

James does bring information and due diligence to the board. Unfortunately it comes with the pump/dump bs mentality. All part of filtering info. I figure we have at least another week yet. Mill's going to have to have to sleep with his charts. $20 mil private placement coming. Best of luck to all.

James DD emphatically stated that DDC was interested financially with PGD and that was not accurate in anyway and warned posters who disagreed with him that they were going to miss the opportunity unless they invested in PGD.  He adimitted earlier today that that was just his "theory"...pretty clear to me it was all BS.

I don't think you have a week left. If you bought today, good, if not, you might end up watching the back lights on Ekim's train. I hope for a PP, but to be on the safe side, it should be at or over 35c and I cannot see that happening. A very nice PEA and a PP at 35c kind of seems to me Oiltar's territory. Let's see tomorrow's open. I am setting up my sells.

He does bring something to the table, you are right. But not everything is due diligence as he states. LIke DDC buying. Is that DD or a guess, even if it's a bit educated? Telling people that they don't understand diamonds or investing because they don't see it kind of makes him a goof, deducts a lot from his work.
