An all paper deal with DDC would make the number of shares outstanding totally irrelvant. It is just a question of value of DDC shares in exchange for value of PGD shares. LONG...PGD EKIM

Also, announcing a rollback now would be viewed by the market as meaning no deal will take place anytime soon, compounding its adverse effect on share price.
