Think about it. Robert and Eric own virtually the majority of this. You think they will just give this away for peanuts to make everybod else happy? Why? They gave us our chance to kick in and we didnt. So they go okay they dont get it, we will bring this one home and make as much money as possible.

Kid agree, I think most here know that fact and somehow with all the talk of a buyout, JV or whatever, maybe the thought the bro's will take this private has been taken out of sight out of mind lately, but when you think about it, they are so darn close to getting that magic just over 50%, why the heck wouldn't they, I would....then play let's make a deal with interested parties and ...more

For anyone who believes (JK at one point did) that going private is an option for RF/EF, do your research ((CBCA and BC Corporations Act).  It's not easy given this current ownership structure.  There are a few ways/mechanisms of going private and lots of risks, including litigation, failure to get support, court approval, fairness opinion, open period for subsequent bids, etc.   ...more

Normalguy, thanks for pointing that out. I guess what I'm saying is that the risk of them doing so at a lower than optimal value to current SH, is very real, maybe not as easy as 1,2,3, but very doable based on current %, which would be one obstacle already clearly doable and maybe, maybe that risk is keeping the SP in check, as I brought up before, was the CC debacle equal to the PEA news in ...more
