Plan B and C

I guess its safe to say plan B&C is gone.Eric and Tom both said there was a plan B&C if Debeers walked. The only plan I seen was two massive financings done at half the trading share price.

The stock is not getting any respect after the PEA because plan B&C has never been put in place for shareholders to see.Until a future path is clearly laid out PGD will be dead money.

I wish this company would do regular KDI style updates. If they intend to go it alone then we have the share price trapped in the Lassonde curve for maybe 3 more years.

Starting to ask myself again how much longer can someone hang onto this thang? Dreams sometimes come true, but when you keep waking up in a cold sweat, maybe it's time to come to the realization that this maybe is not the stock to be into. The companies continued silence speaks volumes and my gut is telling me something ain't kosher and never will be. Im giving this another 2 weeks ...more

Kodi,  What makes this difficult is watching many other stories take off...if I look at another chart that shows a 6 fold increase it will be one too many.  It's very difficult to remain patient and positive but I think the ride will be worth it...there's so much value in the ground...If RF decides to take it private then it will be up to the retail investor to work to extract ...more

I appreciate your comments. I guess what makes this so frustrating is we all know the potential is definitely there, it's like you said, will we benifit from it by honestly supporting the play? One thing you can't do to much of, as I have in the past few weeks, is indeed look at some great stories out there making people some serious coin, but like Ekim says, they are still the exception ...more

Oil.  The reason that PGD created Exploration still exists today and deals take time. RF and EF will spend time working all ends agaisnt the middle and it takes time to get to a point where they are satisfied they've hit their head on maximum value.  There wasn't a market for many resources and money is just starting to flow...DDC, DeBeers, Lundin...There are lots of rumbling ...more

greex27, I humbly disagree with the statement  that we all had the opportunity to participate.   Money is money, and some don't have it lying around to buy into the offering and or the constitution to do so without feeling overloaded financially. Everyone has the opportunity to buy a Ferrari, but how many can afford to and still have a house to sleep in?  It's a matter of ...more

If Ivn can come out and say they have had unsolicited suitors, why not Pgd follow suit if indeed it's a fact?  Maybe their mumness, if that's even a word, with RF so invested, is telling us no such scenario is in play? No, methinks, weez all gonna be screwed, and I'm not going to wait much longer while I can still make this a green investment and if something outstanding somehow ...more

Ivanhoe and Robert and team are touting interest in their projects? Why not PGD and Chidliak? No interest? This is really Eric's show and Robert is absolutely a key stakeholder. So far out to left field was the PGM takeover....and Eric was absolutely the key player in that deal. Ask any of the PGM shareholders a  day before the deal was announced if any of them think PGM was rype for ...more

That's the best damn post you've ever put on here! The only thing missing is a dust up between Mill and Kodi to follow it. There's no doubt that when it comes to information and posting, Mike you're the local Yoda, but once again I love this post, it has real foresight to it, thanks.

Thanks! It gets even better. China can slow down because of lack of demand and ample supply. However, in my lifetime, I believe we will firmly see a slowdown in China or India because of lack of supply. If you have heavy demand, you find supply. It is the cycle. But what if finding the supply takes so long that it will never catch up to demand. Demand has to fall no matter what price it is ...more

Kodi... I completely agree...the fact that the resources aren't available does restrict an individuals ability however a retail investor has the same chance to participate as RF. We could all get together and try to take out RF and EF...it's not going to happen because it's impossible to co-ordinate and then the funds will certainly be in question but we do have the same ability to ...more

Just because a meal is in front of you doesn't mean you can afford or stomach it, but if you do want to eat it and can't afford it, the same result occurs, it's going to stay on the table waiting for the person who does want it and can afford it even though you had just as much opportunity to partake. Maybe a poor analogy but I think you get my gist. Even though I wanted to and had a ...more

I certainly get your point and understand completely. If RF takes it private, he is just using the tools available to him and we can't blame him for doing so...If we had the tools and a strong belief then we'd be foolish not to work within the rules to better our situation.  Who's in? We need $0.50/share for each of your shares....We'll turn the tables or at least push them ...more
