RBC sitting on the BID (as it has been for the last 6 months)..this time at 23.5 cents and lets the retail sellers come to fill those bids.

Sellers comes in and transacts to RBC and gives them PGD paper.

Volume is crated and Morgan stanley triggers a 10 to13% buy immediately after those transactions.
Morgan stanley takes more paper away from the regular retail shares.

Of 9 transactions today....8 of have funnelled shares into either RBC or Morgan Stanley.

So, now PGD has moved from 1 official accumulator to 2 official accumulators.

Has to be good news for the long term....weed out the normal retail investor slowly but surely.

LONG...PGD

I believe there is a very good possibility that they are one and the same accumulators.

They very well could be one in the same. I would speculate a good chance that they are also could both be FOF - Friends of Friedlands. If Robert/Eric own 46% plus of the deposit. FOF #1 - could legally acquire 9.9% of the public shares without disclosing it. RBC entity could actually be coming close to that mark. Has that happens...bring in FOF #2 - they start acquiring shares up to 9.9 ...more

interesting speculation. Nice to see some different scenario's being discussed. In the last month RBC has acquired 3.6 million shares. Now, given that that is not all one entity, and we know its not, they would still have A LOT of buying to do. Not sure how much RBC had accumulated over the summer. Morgan Stanley has only acquired 142,000 shares over the past month...peanuts...so hopefully ...more

In the last month RBC has acquired 3.6 million shares. Interesting as RBC was the big player in IVN on Friday , 29 million shares traded.

RBC has also been in like a dirty shirt on BAR over the past month. Seems they are viewing this market pull back as a good buying opportunity. I've been buying throughout varies dips but still holding cash because I believe this bottoming will continue through the next couple of months at least.   I still believe RBC is the controlling interest in these buys and merely using MS for ...more

Interesting how the robot is constantly putting the uptick front and centre. Giving the finger to people trying to avoid sellers remorse. If I wanted to sell any stock.....you would like to see the share drop shortly after to give the sense of vindication that you did the right thing. In this case you could sell 20k shared into the bid and 5 seconds later the robot buys 3k at market and you get a ...more

I would take 25 cents as their stop level, most likely. Market is slow, small retailers and some longs have already cleared off some paper to recoup the last couple of rights offerings and everybody is sitting and waiting. Time to take a little advantage of low volume. Somebody will always break and sell.

RBC and MS are at it again. They draw people into the bid, with small upticks, which is working and then will pick them off once it hits their parameters.

Well not sure I would go far as to say that is the case yet today as only one 500 trade between them so far today.  Could change any time though, of course.
