JV or Buyout?

Assuming a jv or buyout is in the works, what would be better for shareholders?

Such a difficult almost impossible question to answer as a whole...depends on your average price point and short/long term goals one would imagine.

JV would be best...Many have done very well quick flipping stocks but if you take the long view of Chidliak and investing, having the opportunity to extract valuable resources over the next 20 years will provide you with a much greater return than a quick hit. The two variables would be whether or not you could reinvest the quick hit for another quick hit or a company with an equal or better

Agree, JV overall probably the best for the majority it seems, at least if what we see here represents the real world?

Then I really hope the reason that they haven't had any updates on financing or winter program is because they are currently in talks for a jv. It would make all the sense that that is happening. If it were only 15 mil they needed Robert could have scraped up some change from his sofa cracks
