Has anything like this ever happened? Let's say ddc jvs with us and as they discover more then ddc buys out the rest of PGD?

At the historical option deal with De Beers. De Beers was going to get a 50.1% ownership directly in the project...but also bought some shares of Peregrine...so technically another venue into the ownership of Chidliak. DDC could partner for 50% and then buy 19.9% shares in PGD shares directly for a deemed interest or leverage of 60% in Chidliak. Beyond that 19.9% they would ahve to take a run ...more

So what is PGD doing now? Are they just gonna hold on until a deal finally comes knocking? With $4 million in the bank they could just sit. Or do they spend half of that and do some exploration?
