Question. Does DeBeers still hold their 1% of shares and if so does this create any issues with potential partners? It's almost like the royalty of BHP. Does this push things towards DeBeers after BHP depositioned itself for what at the time seemed like a pittance?

Doubt the 3.33 million shares effects much of anything. I'm sure in the CA or NDA, there is some fine print indicating that the party cannot buy or sell any stock on the open market during the time the CA or NDA is in effect. PGD used to include DBC as a shareholder in its corporate presentations...even after the De Beers Option fell through...but that line item of shareholders altogether has
