Question: If by chance Haywood Securities were the financier (of even a portion of the project going forward) would that not be highly unethical (or illegal?)for them to be buying having that knowledge? Lack of experience question.

You should ask Attila (Mill) that question...Haywood you say?

43 people read the question I've posted yet not a single person has any insights? I thought this was a board for further advancing our knowledge base and due diligence through discussion. Too bad.

It does not matter if you are short or long if you profit from a trade. The question is if you used information that's not available publicly for that trade. Knowing that a company is about to sign a deal because you are advising them on it is insider info. There is no way the regulators are not going to ask you questions if you loaded up on shares of a company you are advising or financing ...more

Thank you Ekim and Mill for the responses. Kodiboy, the only people I have on ignore are pure penyy stock pump and dumpers. All other persons I am prepared to read and selectively pick points of interest. I haven't even ever placed you on ignore. Cheers

I never said you put me on ignore...although I'm surprised you didn't.

Maybe Shneps at that time you had all the posters on ignore who tried to answered your question? then again, you wouldn't care anyway....
