The following excerpts have been taken from various NIRB and NWB applications which Peregrine has been submitting up to December and registered as late as two weeks ago. Please note the intended start date for the trenching to be carried out at CH6. I agree in all respects that no news has been agonizing for all of us. And yet the premise this project is in "care and maintenance" mode does not seem so apparent to me.

 Peregrine recently made the decision to undertake the trench and would like to initiate this activity on or about March 1, 2017 to take advantage of the winter weather and frozen ground conditions. It is noted in part “F” of the permit that a Trenching Plan requires 90 days for approval.

Applications are for a 25 person camp for a period  of three months. March 1st to June 1st (temperatures are typically at 0 degrees during the day and below 0 degrees overnight). That's cold still here in Canada!

The trench will be reclaimed after the sample is excavated. As a volume of rock has been removed, some subsidence is anticipated. This may result in a small depression in the centre of the trench where water can pool. The site will be monitored during subsequent field programs. If water is present during the summer of 2017 a water sample will be collected and sent for analysis.

For these reasons Peregrine is requesting the following three amendments to facilitate winter exploration activities in 2017.........
2) Addition of a landing strip for large fixed wing aircraft (herc-strip) at the same large lake proposed for the water source. This strip would be used for mobilization and demobilization of equipment, supplies and samples. Snow clearing will be necessary and though not anticipated flooding may be necessary if ice conditions are not at seasonal norms. 3) Addition of a small landing ice strip for small aircraft (Twin Otter) at a small lake 5 kilometers from the CH-6 Camp. This airstrip will be snow groomed. It will be used to transport personnel to and from the Iqaluit to the worksite..

Cudjo I realize it is once again your agenda to short the stock, as you have done previously, and you are in your "doom and gloom" phase. Yet Ekim, myself and others continue stating facts and not agendas.

Shneps, care and maintenance only makes sense if their intention is to sell the project and only that. My understanding is that they don't want to. That does not mean that they won't if the price is right, but apparently that's not their main goal. The way I see it, they are in talks with potential partners, with Robert as a backup plan. And that's where " the majority

Mill, I agree with your post, especially the notion that the bro's are not interested in the SP and probably if you asked one of them what the current SP was, they would have no clue...ok, maybe I'm exaggerating a little, but ya get the gist.
